When Milford and Mattie Givens homesteaded the Springs in 1881, they recognized the therapeutic potential of the water, as well as its practical and recreational possibilities. Now, 140 years later, families and friends--many of them descendants of early residents of the area--still gather at Givens for reunions, parties, swim lessons, and yes, therapy, for both body and spirit.

Come out and experience the soothing hot mineral water and peaceful, rural setting that draws neighbors--as well as hot-spring seekers from literally all over the world--to this intriguing Old West-reminiscent corner of Idaho.

 Noon to 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

(Open all holidays except Thanksgiving Day and December 24 and 25 for Christmas.)

SENIOR SWIM AND ARTHRITIS EXERCISE CLASS

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon
Seniors (Age 60 and over) and other participants in the class--$5.00 
All others, regular swim price.
Senior Early Swim Pass: $25 ($30 worth of swims)

(Due to COVID risk to Seniors, no children will be allowed during Senior Swim.)

                 For your comfort, we have private dressing rooms and showers. *To help maintain cleanliness of pool and dressing room areas, please remove shoes upon entering and leave them on shelves by front benches. Bring additional belongings to checkstand area.

Pool Attire:  For health and maintenance reasons, regular swimsuits are required! No shirts or street-wear of any kind are allowed in pool, including tank tops and 'swim shirts.'

*Shoes: Please don't wear them beyond checkstand area. CLEAN water shoes may be worn in the pool.

Infants and Toddlers: We welcome infants and small children! To maintain clean pool water, we require Little Swimmers (or equivalent swim diapers) for ALL children under 3 years. NO EXCEPTIONS! These may be purchased on site for $1. Plastic pants over the swim diaper (for added protection of water cleanliness) are greatly appreciated. Caution: Do not use regular disposable diapers in the pool, as they swell up and burst, leaving a terrible mess!

Supervision of Children: All children age 12 and under must be accompanied in the water, at all times, by a responsible adult age 18 or older (3 to 1 ratio)! If adults get out of the pool, children do, too.

​

Group Rates: 10% discount for groups of 25 or more--if one person collects and pays for group. Regular price if paying individually. (No discounts for Reserved Swims.) Call Nadine at (208) 495-2000 for special church, school and Scout rates, and for scheduling group activities.

 

Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, checks and cash.
